Last Day for Students and Dismissal Times

The last day of school for students is Friday, May 25, 2018. Lakeside High School and Lakeside Junior High School will dismiss at 10:00 a.m. Erie and Superior Intermediate Schools will dismiss at 11:00 a.m. Huron, Ontario and Michigan Primary Schools will dismiss at 11:45 a.m. Students will ride their regular busses home and the breakfast schedule will be followed, however, there will be NO lunch served.

Chris Seuffert recently received the "Community Service Award" by the Kent State College Committee. They acknowledged her work as a teacher, BOE member, Lift Bridge Community President, Lights on the Lake member, and Master Gardener

Shannon was the recipient of the Ashtabula County Educator Impact Award. She was honored at a special dinner and ceremony. Shannon has served on numerous committes, has several leadership roles in our district and in our building and is an exemplary intervention specialist. Principal Valerie Harper said of Sanzo, "I cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award."

Matthew Dufour wins Regional Spelling Bee

Congratulations to Superior Intermediate 5th Grader, Matthew Dufour for winning the Regional Spelling Bee. He will travel to Washington, D.C. for the National Spelling Bee in May

Early Learning Center

A good education starts with a strong foundation. The Early Learning Center does this in all of the classes provided. We are especially grateful of Miss Carrie and her support staff, Miss Carla, and Miss Julie. They are all fantastic people, who show support, patience, kindness, and a passion for learning!
